Stephen is a Director in Arthur D. Little’s London office with considerable consulting and industry experience. His primary focus areas include upstream oil and gas companies worldwide, with experience including strategic guidance, portfolio optimization, techno-economic, commercial and contract review. Stephen also focuses on the implementation of operational performance improvements and advice on M&A delivery. He has worked extensively with utility companies, particularly in Europe, on a range of wholesale, retail and generation issues. Stephen is a graduate of Oxford University and INSEAD.

Kurt is a Senior Manager based in China, where he is in charge of Arthur D. Little's Shanghai office. With numerous years of consulting experience, he has supported both global and national energy utilities in Europe and in Asia, covering various assignments in strategy & organization as well as in operations management. Specific areas of expertise include market strategy, organization diagnostic, post-merger integration, risk and portfolio management, strategic sourcing, and performance improvement. Kurt holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from the K.U.Leuven as well as an MBA from Cornell University. He speaks fluent Dutch, French, and English, and is proficient in German.

Dean is a Director and the Market Manager of Arthur D. Little in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is also a member of the global management of the Sustainability and Risk Practice, located in Prague. Dean is responsible for the business development in Eastern Europe and focuses on Energy and Utilities, TIME (Telecoms, Information, Media and Electronics), Travel and Transportation. He has considerable experience in management consulting, with projects on regulation, market liberalization, and organizational effectiveness, managing the profitability of groups of customers (calculations, segmentations, reporting), enhancing business efficiency, cost management, risk management and strategy creation.
Dean graduated from the Economics University in Prague, specializing in economics of industry. He is a member of the Energy Regulator’s Office advisory board. He is the President of the Chief Finance Officers’ Club (CFO Club) which has nearly 70 members from leading Czech and Slovak companies.

Saverio is a Director in Arthur D. Little's Rome office with many years of experience in industry and in consulting. His primary focus areas are organizational improvement, strategic planning and advice on M&A delivery. He has worked extensively with the main Italian utilities such as Enel, Acea, and Eni. Roberta is a Senior Manager in the Energy & Utilities Services Practice, based in the Rome office of Arthur D Little. Before joining ADL, she gained extensive experience working for Roland Berger and Accenture in industries such as services (public services, utilities, travel & tourism), automotive, and consumer goods. Her expertise lies in marketing and sales, organization, e-commerce / e-procurement. Roberta holds a degree in Business Economics from Bologna University and an MBA from Bocconi University, Milan. Tony Court

Tony is a Director in Arthur D. Little's London office and has considerable consulting experience in the international oil and gas industry. His primary focus areas are performance improvement and organizational design. Tony has worked in both the upstream oil and gas and downstream sectors, delivering sustainable change. Tony is a graduate of Loughborough University and has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Paolo is the Head of the Technology and Innovation Management practice in Italy and works as a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s Milan office. Oliver is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little's Global Energy & Utilities Practice, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. He is responsible for the area of strategy consulting, organizational design, restructuring and regulatory management of electricity and gas companies on the European level. Oliver has extensive consulting experience gained in major German utilities as well as important players in Eastern Europe.He studied economics at the University of Cologne, Germany, where he received his master’s degree.

Enrique is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s Houston office, where he focuses on strategy and organization in the energy industry. He has advised business and public sector in investments in E&P. Enrique has been active in feasibility studies of greenfield refineries and revamps and gas facilities (e.g. GTL). In this area he has led market and technology assessments, and financial evaluations. His particular interests lie in Sustainability and Risk having worked on the sustainable development impact of E&P and risks of crude, gas and petrochemicals facilities. He obtained a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rodolfo is a Director in Arthur D. Little's Houston office with considerable consulting experience in the global energy industry. His functional interests are focused on the areas of strategy development and organizational change. He has worked extensively with several NOCs and IOCs in Latin America. Rodolfo received his degree in Mechanical Engineering "Summa Cum Laude" from Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little's Global Energy & Utilities Practice, based in Wiesbaden, Germany. In his consulting work he provides advice to national and international utilities, particularly in the field of strategy consulting, organizational design, performance improvement, knowledge management, and IT strategy. Before joining ADL, Michael worked in different management positions for the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering, one of Germany’s leading institutes in applied research. He was head of a business unit that delivered consulting and research services to clients from different industries, particularly in the fields of organization, innovation and e-business, and has also acted as an advisor to the Commission of the European Union and the German ministry for research. Michael studied mathematics and computer science at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, where he received his master’s degree. He spent one year of his studies at Oregon State University, USA, supported by a scholarship from the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Michael is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s Houston office where he helps energy and chemicals clients understand unconventional energy sources, carbon emissions implications, and optimal configurations for refining and transportation assets Although primarily focused on the energy sector, he also has expertise in strategy and organization for chemicals, construction products, software, and financial services firms. Michael has completed numerous projects related to technology development, sales, promotion, financial management, project financing, and business development. Specific areas of focus include natural gas, independent power, downstream refining, carbon emissions and project financing initiatives. Before joining Arthur D. Little, he co-founded two software and publishing ventures and worked for energy consulting, broadband telecommunications, construction products, and investment banking firms.

Richard is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s Energy Practice in the UK. He is a qualified accountant with extensive financial management and analysis experience, comfortable at both senior and operational levels. He specializes in the management of programs of change with a focus on cost reduction or process improvement, and has led large teams of consulting/client staff on such diverse assignments as outsourcing reviews, shared service center set-up and business start-up. He is currently providing management support to major investment programs for an Eastern European oil and gas producer. This has involved assessing portfolio options and rankings, developing economic evaluations and providing program and contract management support.

Peter is a Director in ADL's Global Energy & Utilities Practice, based in the London office. He has extensive experience of the global energy business, gained in the most senior roles in both major energy companies (BP, BG) and in consultancy (CERA). He has particular expertise in the areas of corporate strategy and business development, in both developed and emerging markets. Peter has a BA in Economics and French from the University of Wales in Cardiff and also completed a Sloan Fellowship at the London Business School.

Lee is a Director in Arthur D. Little’s Houston office and has global responsibility for the firm’s Operating Strategy & Transformation practice in Energy. He has worked across upstream, downstream, and petrochemicals sectors in North America, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe. He also has significant experience with energy service companies, technology and equipment providers, and utilities. Lee’s broad functional expertise includes all aspects of operating strategy, operations and supply chain excellence, technology management, performance management, organization design, operating culture advancement, organizational change and learning, governance structures and systems, and business strategy development. Lee is regarded as a trusted advisor to senior executives in all sectors.
Lee has over 17 years of global consulting experience with first tier consulting firms such as PRTM where he was Energy & Chemicals Practice Leader, Prophet (Managing Partner) and CRAI (Vice President). Energy and petrochemicals operations management experience earlier in his career included two of the world’s largest energy companies, ExxonMobil and Total. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with Highest Distinction, earning a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Annette is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s Stockholm office, and the leader of the Nordic Energy Practice. Her extensive experience comes from her work with European gas markets and power markets. Annette focuses on strategy and business development, market analysis, investment appraisal, M&A, regulation and competition. Before joining ADL, she worked for Statoil in Stavanger as a market analyst, Vattenfall in Stockholm as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, and as an energy consultant. Annette holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Priscilla G. McLeroy

Priscilla is a Director in Arthur D. Little's Houston office with extensive consulting and industry experience. Her primary focus areas are corporate structuring, divestment & acquisition solutions, portfolio strategy realignment and intellectual property monetization across the energy and chemicals industries. She has worked extensively from grass roots entries to complex integrations. Priscilla is a graduate of University of Houston and Stanford University and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Lars is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s Düsseldorf office, where he focuses on strategy and organization in the energy and utility industry. He has advised companies in Western and Eastern Europe in projects focusing on strategy, performance improvement and Post-Merger Integration. He is author of several utility related studies as "Smart Metering" and "Real Option Valuation". Lars obtained a degree in business administration at the University of Cologne/ Germany.

Andrea works as a Senior Manager in the Arthur D. Little’s Milan office within the Energy & Utilities-Operations Management practice. Before joining ADL he gained extensive consulting experience working for Accenture in the Oil & Gas and Utility industries, both in Italy and abroad. His experience is focused on improving operating model efficiency, transformation and change management, organization design, SCM and Asset management business process re-engineering. Andrea holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management. With Italian as mother tongue, he is also fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Swedish.

Daniel is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little's Global Energy Practice, and Leader in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From there and from Madrid he has provided assistance on organization, strategy and corporate finance to both regional and international energy, oil and gas companies in Europe, Latin America, USA, Middle East and Africa. Daniel has been involved in the deregulation of energy industry and the privatization of the national oil and gas distribution companies in South America, Jordan and Colombia. He has also been in charge of many assignments in the oil & gas industry, developing competences models, assessing executives and recommending salary and compensation schemes. In addition, Daniel has helped LPG, LNG, E&P, refining and fuel distribution and retail marketing companies in developing their international strategies, feasibility studies, valuations, economic analysis, due diligences and balance score card systems. He graduated as industrial engineer from the National University of Buenos Aires, and holds an MBA from the Universidad del Salvador/Universidad de Deusto. Daniel speaks fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Andrea is a Senior Manager of the Energy & Utilities practice in Arthur D. Little’s Rome office. His primary focus areas include finance and controlling, corporate finance and corporate restructuring in the Energy & Utilities sector. He has also worked as industrial advisor in several IPO processes for utilities and manufacturing companies. During his professional career Andrea has worked for most of all the main companies operating in the Italian energy and utilities sector. He holds a degree in Economics from the Ilind University of Rome and a Master in finance and accounting from the Luiss School of Management, Rome.

Jesús is a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little’s Madrid office and an experienced member of the Energy team. He has supported leading European utilities and oil and gas companies in assignments covering the electricity, gas and oil businesses; and has been involved at both strategic and operational levels, combining capabilities in strategy development with expertise in organization redesign and efficiency improvement. At the strategic level, Jesús is primarily involved in strategy development, regulatory advice, market analysis and valuation assignments across the value chain. Operationally, he focuses on efficiency improvement in downstream electricity and gas marketing operations. Jesús holds an honors degree in Chemical Physics from the Complutense University in Madrid, an MSc Nuclear Engineering from the CIEMAT and an MBA from IESE.

Hiroshi has considerable experience as a consultant heading projects for clients in manufacturing, systems integration and engineering. Hiroshi has a degree in Applied Chemistry.

Nick is a Director in Arthur D. Little's London office, with many years of experience in the oil and gas industry, many of which have been as a consultant. His primary focus areas are in the fields of upstream (fiscal terms) and strategic/commercial matters in the midstream gas & power sector.
