Massimo is a Director at Arthur D. Little Italy, based in the Milan office. He leads the FSG (Financial Services) practice. His competency focus are Retail Banking, Compliance and Change Management. During many years of professional experience Massimo assisted the largest banking Group in Italy in a cross-border alliance project; he designed and implemented innovative client segments service model for SME and private individuals; he assisted local and international asset managers and private banks in their strategy of growth in Italy; he defined, developed and launched the "concept" of a secondary Loan Sale Market in Italy. He holds a degree in Economics and a Biennium in IT from the University of Pisa.

Erik is a Director at Arthur D. Little Nordic, based in the Stockholm office. He leads the Nordic TIME (Telecommunications, IT, Media and Electronics) and FSG (Financial Services) practices. He is also a member of the Global TIME and Global FSG Practices and is Global Head of Marketing for the FSG practice. His professional focus is strategy & organization. During many years as a professional adviser Erik has assisted a range of leading Northern European telecom, financial services and private equity players on strategy, operational improvements and M&A related activities. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Petter is a Director at Arthur D. Little’s office in Stockholm. He is the Global Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance Practice Leader. He is affiliated to the TIME, Health Care and Public Sector practices. His professional focus is on strategy & organization and financial advice to private equity and industrial investors pre and post transactions (e.g. due diligence, valuation, strategy, change management, post merger integration) and governance issues faced by corporations, investors, governments and multi-lateral organizations. Petter holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Rotterdam School of Management.

Sukgeun is a managing director of ADL Seoul office. He has extensive experience in capital market, insurance and banking. Developing vision, re-organization, M&A, product development, channel strategy, new business strategy development for multi-national banking and insurance companies are types of his typical engagement. He also holds the position as a bank evaluation committee member as well as securities companies evaluation committee member in the Korean government.

Thiemo belongs to Arthur D. Little's Zurich office where he is responsible for all Strategy & Organization related matters in the Swiss market, while also being a member of the Financial Services Practice. He has extensive consulting experience internationally, and focuses on strategy development, organizational design and restructuring, innovation management, knowledge management, and corporate venturing. Thiemo studied Business Administration at the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany, and holds an MBA from the R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, USA. He speaks fluent English and German and also has a working knowledge of Russian.
