Mr. Per M. Nilsson is the global Head of the Automotive and Manufacturing Group and also leads this Group in the Nordic region. He is located in our office in Gothenburg. Per has 18 years experience in international consulting. His primary focus is in operational strategies, supply chain management, after market, cost - and capital efficiency programs. Per holds a MSc in Industrial Management and PhD studies at Chalmers University, Gothenburg.

Raymond is based in our office in Paris. Andreas is located in our office in Wiesbaden. Andreas has twelve years consulting experience. He holds a Master in industrial engineering and management and received a Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.

Yusuke is based in Arthur D. Little's Tokyo office. His professional focus is on strategic planning and organization. He has major industry experience in the manufacturing and high-technology industries as well as in the automotive industry. Laurent is based in our Paris Office. He has extensive experience in management consulting and has acquired a deep knowledge of process industries, electrical equipments and services, packaging, building & construction and utilities. Laurent assists clients on strategic as well as organizational and performance-driven issues. He is an expert in strategy - organization alignment and has led several large transformation projects. Marco is based in our office in Milan. He has major consulting experience in supply chain management, procurement excellence and strategic change management in the aerospace and defence, telecoms, postal services and pharma and health care businesses. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from the Politecnico di Milano.

Simon is based in our London office. His professional focus is on engineering consulting, program management, global business and strategy development. His major industry focus is the automotive industry, OEM as well as supplier, and he has comprehensive experience in the rail industry. Simon holds an MBA from the Imperial College Business School and a BEng in Automotive Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology.

With considerable experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, Thomas’s professional focus lies on M&A, strategy and organization, marketing and sales improvement. He holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Allen is based in Arthur D. Little's Seoul office. His professional focus lies in operations strategy, development, purchasing & supply management, factory integration for the engineering and manufacturing as well as the automotive industry. He has led various industrial research activities with major international research firms and has published articles on supply chain management in manufacturing and industrial distribution industries. Allen holds a BA from the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and has taught MBA and undergraduate students in Yonsei University as visiting professor.

Emilio is based in our Madrid Office. He brings to his work a broad range of experience primarily with industrial clients. His functional expertise lies within lean manufacturing, supply chain management and strategy development. Emilio has obtained a PH. D from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Ecole Centrale Paris. He completed studies at Cranfield University and Politecnico de Turin.
